So this was a bit of an experiment because Oli doesn’t like aubergine. It was also the first time we’d tried to get pomegranate seeds out of a pomegranate... our white kitchen wall now needs repainting!!

Oh & I made a bit of a mistake with the pomegranates... I used 2 pomegranates, not 2 tablespoons 🤦🏼♀️ but hey... I cooked so that’s good! We’re going to try it again with the right proportions, and I’ll change the ratings if we like it better with less seeds.
