You've obviously been worrying too much. It's fine to plan but when it just whizzes round and around in your mind, that's worrying and it's such a waste of time because everything's going to be fine! You will get through this! When you notice the worrisome thought creep into your mind, remind yourself: "You'll be fine, everything will be fine, you will get through this!"
You have great knowledge and wisdom at your finger tips, with some self care & a little reminder that you have everything you need to get through this... you will get through this & I have a feeling you'll be amazed at how well!!
