A sneak peak at The 2017 Make It Happen Workshop and one of my favourite exercises.
I'm all about goals and planning and vision boards. There's something really special about taking the time to set the year up right. I don't bother with resolutions, but goals and plans... hell yeah! Even if my goal is to just go with the flow ... I create a plan for it! #typeA ;-)
The Pillars of The Workshop • Release 2016 emotionally and energetically • Set your 2017 goals • Create your 'Plan for Success' • Create your 'When The Shit Hits The Fan Plan' to make sure you stay on track and achieve your goals • Learn how to bring a new energy to the year • Learn how to super charge your goals • Learn how to bring more happiness and joy into 2017
Exercise: • Allow yourself 15 - 30 minutes. Imagine you can write a letter that can travel through time to land in your letterbox in 12 months. (I made this exercise up after watching a Sandra Bullock movie) • Imagine yourself in 12 months from now, what do you wish you could tell her? Write her a letter and tell her all the advice she’ll need for the year ahead. • Grab a highlighter • Re-read it, and highlight the advice you know in your heart you need! • Write them in your diary as reminders • Say thank you to yourself for such wonderful advice
